Continuing Education
TAGD has CE opportunities throughout the state including the MasterTrack Program. MasterTrack is designed to be a time and cost efficient method of receiving the hours needed for Fellowship, Mastership or if you just want to attend great CE.

Achievement Awards
Distinguish yourself in the profession through the only achievement-based awards in general dentistry; the prestigious Fellowship (FAGD) and Mastership (MAGD) Awards. You can also track your progress toward Fellowship or Mastership with the AGD Award Transcript.

Advocacy
As the general dentist’s advocate, the TAGD monitors important issues that may affect the way general dentists practice. In addition, AGD provides members with the resources to advocate for their profession, their practice, and for the betterment of public dental health care.

AGD Licensing and Board Transcript
Eliminate the chore of organizing your CE. The AGD Licensing Board Transcript, which is accepted by theTSBDE as proof of CE for re-licensure, tracks your completed CE courses and is customized to show the specific requirements needed to renew your license with your state board.
TAGD offers customized CE forms for all major Texas dental meetings so skip the long line at the CE scanner and simply fill out a TAGD CE form to get your hours recorded.

AGD Web Tools

TAGD Online CE
TAGD and AGD offers several CE courses online. The Dental Assistant Registration Course and Exam provides a convenient way for your staff to complete the radiology course and exam online. All dental office employees can now receive OSHA and HIPAA training online from the comfort of your home or office computer. You can train your entire staff for under $200; visit www.tagd.org.
