Course Description
This fun, interactive workshop will introduce you to Insights Discover that uses a simple and memorable 4 color model to help you understand your communication style, your strengths and the value you bring to the team. You'll have a chance to take an honest look at your personal style so you can ask yourself vital questions about how your natural preferences impact your thinking & behavior. Not only will this increase your own self-awareness, but will increase your ability to connect more empathetically and authentically with your co-workers and patients. This study club is a joint one with the local ADA component Capital Area Dental Society (CADS). Bring a team member for $20.

The local AGD components in Texas take pride in being a trusted resource for members and we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. Our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our dental community. At this time, all upcoming state CE and events are proceeding as schedule. We will continue to provide updates to keep you informed at TAGD.org/Coronavirus. In addition, we are encouraging a few simple preventative measures to limit the spread of COVID-19:
Promote the daily practice of everyday preventive actions. We encourage all attendees to practice daily good health habits to prevent the spread of any virus. Please review the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for everyday preventive actions.
We are discouraging people who are sick from attending events or to leave events if they begin to have symptoms. If you have symptoms of a virus, which could include fever, cough, and shortness of breath, you are discouraged from attending the event and encouraged to follow CDC guidelines. If you become sick at the event, please promptly follow CDC guidelines and notify event organizer by email or phone. See CDC guidance on what to do when sick.
Cancellations received in writing up to five (5) days prior to the event date will receive a refund - minus a 20% percent handling fee. If you cancel less than (5) days or do not cancel prior to the event date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
