Define Yourself! This two-part course is intended to help the Young Dentist decide on and pursue the Relationship-Based Practice of their dreams. Discussions will focus on Leadership and Management Systems along with Technical Excellence to make this happen.

Your Dream Practice, Starting Monday Morning! | General Session Lecture - Part 2 (Subject Code: 690)

For this half-day session, Dr. Baggett will provide a pathway for Young Dentist to incorporate strategies “starting Monday morning!” towards achieving their desired practice. Emphasis will be given to the effects of discounting fees in your practice, building the relationship-based fee-for-service portion of your practice, getting your team on board, and how to talk to “insurance patients.”
