7:00 p.m. Texas Academy Awards Dinner
Installation of the Texas AGD Board of Directors and dinner presentation celebrating the Texas Dentist of the Year™ nominees and announcement of the winner (with RSVP - dinner includes gourmet (3) course meal).

Awards dinner tickets are $125.00 each. Dress to impress! Business or cocktail attire/black tie optional. Print or electronic confirmation required for entry.

There will be no on-site registration.

The Texas AGD is honored to be a trusted resource for members and we continue to closely monitor the pandemic. Our primary concern is and always will be the safety and well-being of our staff, volunteers, members, and vendors. For our on-site programs, we are recommending to follow CDC guidance for vaccinated and unvaccinated people to provide the safest in-person gathering possible. We also recommend to follow any local or private business restrictions that may apply.

If you believe you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, you are discouraged from attending any in-person meetings and it is recommended you follow CDC guidance on what to do when sick.  As the environment evolves, so will our approach for in-person events. We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to navigate through the pandemic. 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
By entering this program, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Texas AGD and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

Cancellations received in writing up to (7) business days prior to the event date will receive a refund - minus a 20% percent handling fee. If you cancel less than (7) business days or do not cancel prior to the event date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
