  LEARN ABOUT THE PACE APPLICATION

Start with a strong background in the PACE application process.  Skipping this step can mean having to redo an application. 

  DOWNLOAD & FILL OUT THE PACE APPLICATION

Please download the application for constituent program provider approval here.

If you have questions about the application, refer to the PACE Resource Links. Then, contact us for support.

  PAY FOR & SUBMIT THE PACE APPLICATION

Make a copy of your PACE application. Submit one to Texas AGD and keep one for your records.

Submit your application along with your payment (check/credit card).

  WAIT FOR APPROVAL

The Texas AGD team will send your PACE application to the PACE Review Team for approval, and your results will be ready in 6-8 weeks!

If approved, Texas AGD will contact AGD to notify them of the approval term, and AGD will confirm with you directly.
