Join the Texas AGD in supporting general dentists on their Pathway to Fellowship and Mastership by showcasing your company as an exhibitor and/or a sponsor during these programs.

The P2F educational program is designed specifically for new or emerging general dentists to help attendees achieve Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). This Texas AGD program is a hybrid-learning experience that brings new and innovative continuing education centered around highly sought after and specific subject codes for the new or emerging leaders in dentistry.

The MasterTrack® Program is designed for more experienced general dentists on the pathway to achieve their Mastership in AGD (MAGD). The MAGD designation is beyond Fellowship and it reflects a general dentist’s ongoing commitment to providing quality patient care through continuing education.

Between the two programs, 100+ attendees are expected to attend. We invite you to be a part of this important journey and join us!

WHO ATTENDS?

• Pathway 2 Fellowship (New or Emerging) Dentists: The attendees of this program will consist of dentists that have been practicing for 1-7 years. Other attendees may include more experienced dentists and dental students. The content focuses on lecture and hands-on courses to give attendees real world skills needed for a long-term successful dental career. 
• MasterTrack^® Dentists: Known nationwide, Texas AGD’s MasterTrack® program provides a track to earning the prestigious Mastership (MAGD) Award. Often decision makers in a practice, these attendees of this program are extremely dedicated to the profession of dentistry.

  • 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM Attendee Break with Exhibitors 
  • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Lunch with Leaders Program (Exhibitor lunch on your own) 
  • 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM Attendee Break with Exhibitors 
  • 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM Exhibitor Breakdown** 
  • 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Party with Peers Social (FREE - RSVP required) 

*Times are estimated and may change. A detailed final agenda will be included in the exhibitor kit prior to the program. 

**Exhibitors who depart prior to 3:15 PM will not receive a deposit refund.

BENEFITS OF EXHIBITING AT THE PATHWAY 2 FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

• Exhibit Space: You will receive an approximate 6’x6’ space in a high-traffic area outside the sessions. A draped 6’ table and two chairs are included at no extra charge and are optional for use. See the diagram below for available locations. 
• Social Event Recognition: Automatically receive recognition as a sponsor of the Party with Peers social event with the purchase of an exhibit space. 
• Exposure: Deliver product samples or information, gain new sales leads and develop relationships with registered dentists during the program. Your company’s name will be recognized before, during, and after the program, as well as linked out to your company website on our event web page. 
• Attendee List: Receive an electronic email list of all program attendees that opt in for distribution (upon request, 2 weeks before or after the program). 
• Exhibitor Loyalty Credit: 2026 Pathway 2 Fellowship Educational Program or Lone Star Dental Conference exhibitors who sign up for Pathway 2 Fellowship Educational Program in 2027 will be awarded with a $100 Loyalty Credit. To be eligible, you must complete a prospectus to join us as an exhibitor for 2027 A Pathway 2 Fellowship Program & MasterTrack®.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
By entering this program, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Texas AGD and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

Payment must be received in full within 15 days of completing this form, AND before the program. Space availability is subject to change at any time. Texas AGD is not responsible for prior company promotion without payment in full. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Texas AGD, and received by March 1, 2026 or no refund will be issued. Written cancellation notice must include the date and signature of the person cancelling. Cancellations processed through December 31, 2025 will receive a 65% refund; Cancellations processed between January 1 - February 28, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. In addition, all cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee. Exhibitor companies assume all risk and liability for the security of supplies and/or equipment in the exhibit area or in storage. Texas AGD is not liable for the security of supplies and/or equipment in the exhibitor area or in storage. Statement of Purpose: The program is for scientific and educational purposes only and will not promote the products of any company directly. Control of Content & Selection of Presenters and Moderators: Texas AGD is responsible for control of content and selection of presenters and moderators. The company agrees not to direct the content of the program. The company, or its agents, will respond only to Texas AGD- initiated requests for suggestions of presenters or sources of possible presenters. The company will suggest more than one name (if possible); will provide speaker qualifications; will disclose financial or other relationships between the company and speaker, and will provide this information in writing. Texas AGD will record the role of the company or its agents. Texas AGD provides on-site access to attendees, but does not guarantee sales. Deposits: A refundable deposit of $100 will be charged to all exhibitors. To receive a deposit refund, company’s exhibit space must be staffed during (7:00 AM - 3:15 PM Saturday 5/16/25). Exhibitors who depart early will not receive a deposit refund. Deposit refund checks will be issued to the company name/address listed above within 90 days following the program. No credit will be kept on account to carry forward to the following year.
